Yes, all Secretlab chairs come with a 3-year limited warranty as standard, which can be extended to 5 years through our Extended Warranty Program.
What is your return policy for EU customers?
We offer a 49-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
