Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via the 'Contact Us' page within 49 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Disassemble your product carefully and pack it back into its original Secretlab packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your local courier or schedule a pickup for delivery to our regional EU warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our facility, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
